Extra Curricular Drama End of Year Showcases
It’s all happening in the Extracurricular Drama space. Our end of year showcases have kicked off with a BANG! Our Year 2 Acting students were first up with a wonderfully exuberant improv show followed by a short play set in a museum. Congratulations to our young Redlands performers, your showcase was excellent!
On Tuesday evening we had our annual Extracurricular Redlands Film Festival: It was a wild success. Who could forget the sloth who tried to stay awake to catch his first sunset? Honestly it brought a tear to my eye! We showcased films ranging in genre from science fiction to thriller to animation. The crowd loved it. Congratulations to all our young Redlands film makers – we are all very impressed and can’t wait to see what you do next year.
Our year 3-6 Acting students also performed this week with multiple plays from Alice in Wonderland to Lost in Ikea to a cooking show with a crazy contestant called Nanna Pies.
Watch this space as we bring you more showcase photos and updates each week.
NB: Tickets to our Redlands Junior Musicals are on sale now. You can get tickets on our Drama and Theatre pulse page or Jr Musical tickets here.
We hope to see you there!
