Music

As we come to the end of this term, this is a great opportunity to reflect on what an incredibly exciting term we’ve had in Music. In just one term, we’ve had an incredible amount of both internal and external opportunities for our students, with lasting memories for students and something on every single week!

Last Sunday, many of our students performed in the Manly Jazz Festival. It was great to see our community out in force to support our musicians.

I want to take this moment to thank all of the staff involved in making this opportunities possible, as well as the support from our community. It doesn’t happen without you!

Calling Future Viola and Double Bass Players!

Are you looking to stand out in the orchestra and take on an exciting musical challenge? Our ensembles are in need of talented students to learn the viola and double bass! Both of these instruments play essential roles in creating the rich, full sound of an ensemble. Whether you’re interested in deep, resonant basslines or the warm, unique voice of the viola, now is the perfect time to start learning. Get in touch with Ms Moses if you are interested.
