Music

Gold! On Sunday, our Combined Intermediate & Advanced Strings ensembles performed at the final weekend of the Australian Band, Strings and Orchestra Festival (ASBOF). For their outstanding performance, they were awarded Gold Award for their division.

We’re so proud of our musicians and their dedication to their preparation, and grateful for their conductor Ms Katherine Moses (Head of Strings P-12), who capably led them.

Yr 12 Final Chapel Service

Our Year 12s were blessed with an emotional performance for their final chapel service. Along with outstanding performances from Sholto Mirlees-Black, Ahnu Guan and other performers for the Congregational Item, representatives from the Junior Voices and Intermediate Choir farewelled our students in a very special way. They sung The Lord Bless You and Keep You by John Rutter – the perfect blessing for this very special cohort.

The Lord bless you and keep you
Make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you
The Lord turn His face toward you
And give you peace

Amen.”

Thank you to Ms Roberts for facilitating this cross-campus farewell.
