Birthday Wishes: Vicky Kvisle, Redlander 1974
I am a proud member of the class of 1974. It’s an honour to celebrate Redlands and reflect on the incredible impact this school has had on my life. Redlands gave me amazing opportunities that I will always cherish. It wasn’t just a place of learning; it was a place where lifelong friendships were forged, and the values and lessons I gained there, shaped who I am today.
It’s truly exciting to see the school Redlands has become – growing and thriving while staying true to its essence. I’ve also had the joy of watching my daughter, Anna-Lisa, blossom at Redlands, just as I did all those years ago.
Here’s to many more years of inspiring young minds and nurturing bright futures.
Happy Birthday, Redlands!

Book Club
The Redlands Book Club is a group of Redlands parents – past and present – who share a love of reading. New members are always welcome! The Book Club meets twice each school term to discuss a book, rotating among members’ homes. Occasionally, outings are also organised to events, movies or shows that are tied in with books. If you would like to join Book Club, and learn where we are meeting this month or simply want to know more, please contact Monica or Sabiha.
Our next meeting is next Wednesday 11 September at 10:30am, when we will be discussing The Other Side of Beautiful by Kim Lock.
For those who like to plan ahead, our October book will be Safe Haven by Shankari Chandran. Date TBC, but likely to be the week of 21 or 28 October.
Kids Giving Back
Kids Giving Back is hosting a mega cooking marathon on September 22nd.
