This week Redlands House moved to an electronic system for signing in and out of the Preschool daily. Thank you for your patience while we iron out the system. Each authorised person can use their mobile phone and associated number, so please remember your phone. When using the App for the first time, you will be required to select a PIN number, that you will need to remember.
It is with great excitement that we are able to share with you the launch of our Year 9 Experiential Learning Program commencing in 2025. This program will be called our Year 9 Moonbah Program as Moonbah is the location of our High Country Campus outside of Jindabyne.
The Moonbah Program which will commence for Year 9 in 2025, promises to be a transformative immersive educational experience for our students who will benefit academically, pastorally and socially from their involvement.
Significant research has gone into the preparation of our program, including comprehensive reviews of similar programs at other independent schools with residential programs with site visits to many of these schools in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia by key staff. In addition, the School has drawn on academic research on residential experiential learning, immersive and outdoor education programs which have found positive impacts on students’ wellbeing, relationships, self-confidence, resilience, engagement with learning and achievement.
Term 3/4 Departure Notice
As we are approaching the mid-point of the year, this is a reminder that those families who are planning on leaving the School during or at the end of Terms 3 or 4 are required to give notice to the Principal via an email to admissions@redlands.nsw.edu.au by the following dates:
Term 3 Departure: Friday 28 June 2024 (tomorrow)
Term 4 Departure: Friday 26 July 2024
As per the 2024 Schedule of Fees emailed to all families in December last year, there will be fees in lieu payable for any notices of departure received after these dates.
