Year 10

End of Term

As we approach the end of Term 1, I want to extend my congratulations to Yr 10 for a wonderful term. It’s been busy, exciting, and challenging, and I’ve been impressed with their efforts across various dimensions of school life. This term, Yr 10 has successfully managed the increasing demands of their Stage 5 academics, applications for Winter School, a plethora of cocurricular activities and excellent sports achievements. Please encourage your young person to use the holidays as a time to recharge, reconnect, and consider their study habits in preparation for the Term 2 examinations.

Mr Millham and I wish you all a safe and relaxing break.

Reminders About the Start of Term 2

Students are reminded that full winter uniform is required, including ties with new and old uniform for boys, especially as we have an ANZAC Day service first day back. Blazers are also compulsory in Terms 2 and 3.

Battle of the Bands

On Monday evening, several of our talented Year 10 musicians competed in the annual Battle of the Bands in the Music Hub with great success. The theme this year was Classic Rock.

Well done to these students for stepping outside if their comfort zone and sharing their amazing musical talents:
