To celebrate 25 wonderful years of Dance at Redlands you are invited to join us for the Dance Awards 2023 at Norths Cammeray on Tuesday 5 September. Tickets are selling fast!

RAD Ballet Mock Exams and Mock Class Awards | Sunday 13 August

Our first round of mocks are happening this Sunday, 13 August 2023. 

A reminder to please check the Mocks Schedule, which is available on our RAD EXAMS PULSE page.

If you have any questions regarding Sunday, please contact the Academy office ASAP.

Eisteddfod Costumes

A big thank you to all families who have already returned Eisteddfod costumes. 

We are still waiting on quite a few returns.

SJP1, SJP2 & SCP: All Eisteddfod costumes need to be returned to the Adacemy office as soon as possible.

JBP & SBP: All costumes need to be returned after the Dance Awards.

Please wash costumes and place in a bag, with the student’s name clearly visible on the bag.

Please note that these costumes were hired to each student for the duration of the Eisteddfod season only. If they are not returned the cost of the costume will be billed to your account.

ABSENT or AWAY FROM CLASS 

If your child is sick or will miss their class, then please complete our ABSENTEE FORM. 

Private Lessons: If your child cannot attend their scheduled private lesson, please contact their teacher direct to cancel. Please cc dance@redlands.nsw.edu.au and grevie@redlands.nsw.edu.au.

Please note that where less than 24 hours notice is given, private lessons will be charged as received.

Important Dates

HSC Dance Practical Examinations

Congratulations to Phoebe Barnett, Josephine Simpson, Sebastian Tang and Avalon Thomas on their completion of their HSC Dance practical examinations today! NESA examiners were at the school today to mark the students for their final HSC works. Thank you to their dancers Louis Abrahams, Imogen Jeffery-Billich, Dante Minassian and Summer-Eve Smyth who performed the Year 12 students’ compositions. Wishing the Year 12 students all the very best for their final part of their HSC Dance course, their appreciation examination in November.
