Post Examinations

We congratulate students on a successful examination week. How students approach post examinations can be just as important as examination preparation. To assist you in supporting students through this process, the Study Skills Handbook provides useful advice to students on actions taken after tests and exams (username: redlands | password: 68results).

Fundraising Assistance Dogs Australia

Over the next few weeks Yr 7 will be taking part in a number of different fundraising activities to raise money and awareness for Assistance Dogs Australia. On Friday 16 November, Yr 7 will be having a presentation by Assistance Dogs Australia in Redlands Hall during Tutor and P3 where Yr 7 will share with them the total amount we have raised.

Here is a breakdown of the fundraising activities:

  1. Thursday 1 November– Yr 7 Dogs Quiz ($2 entry fee). Prizes will be awarded for the highest scores. The quiz will take place in Period 5 just before students depart for Sport.
  2. Thursday 8 November– Yr 7 Bake Sale – Students will be asked to bring in cakes to sell at recess and lunch. We are asking for parents and students to contribute a container of your favourite baking recipe to sell at prices ranging from $1.50 – $4.00 a slice/muffin.
  3. Wednesday 14 November– House Coin Competition – All students are encouraged to bring in the spare change jar from home (we all have one!) and each House will lay out their coins to create a line from the top terraces. The longest line wins a Pizza lunch!
