Redlands Online Auction Closing Soon!

Thank you to everyone who has placed a bid on the Redlands online auction supporting the Dr Sue Morey AM Scholarship. We are thrilled to have reached 58% of the target already with only a few days remaining. Some wonderful items have been generously donated by members of our community and local businesses inlcuding: Sydney Harbour cruises, accommodation in holiday places, restaurant and wellbeing vouchers, jewellery, fabulous experiences and a variety of timely Christmas gifts. 

Join us and support the means-tested Dr Sue Morey AM Scholarship which will be awarded to a Yr 7 student commencing in 2024 for the duration of their Secondary School education. The auction will close on Tuesday 1 November, 3.30pm.

Alumni Award Winners – Spotlight on Gergaynia Shelley (Beckett), Redlander 1957

We were delighted to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our Alumni at the inaugural Redlander Alumni Awards. This week, we feature Gergaynia, who competed in the Melbourne 1956 Summer Olympic Games as a finalist in the 100m Women’s backstroke at the age of only 15 years while she studied as Redlands. She also competed in the 1960 Summer Olympic Games in Rome in the Women’s 100 metres backstroke and Women’s 4×100 metres medley relay, winning silver.

Gergaynia continues to be closely connected with the school and has been an ongoing volunteer for many years especially in the Redlands Archives.

Redlander Alumni Association AGM

The Redlander Alumni Association AGM will take place on Wednesday 23 November 6pm at the Roseby Library on Senior Campus. Open to All Redlanders. This is a great opportunity to learn about the Association, initiatives and events planned for 2023 and how Redlanders can support the School.
