Spring has Sprung!

We are very much enjoying the warmer weather at Redlands House. The children have been busy in the garden and enjoying water play again. Please remember to layer the children’s clothing as it can still be cool in the mornings and afternoons. The Preschool keeps a limited amount of spare clothing for any change of clothes necessary. Sending a spare set of clothes for your child would be appreciated, for when students need to change out of wet or dirty clothing.

The Kids Cancer Project – Mufti Day

On Friday 14 September our Redlands House students are encouraged to donate a minimum gold coin donation to wear mufti clothes with ‘a touch of gold’ as we again support the research work of The Kids’ Cancer Project, a charity that holds particular significance for our Redlands community.

The Lucy Hill Library

The Lucy Hill Library is open for parent borrowing to our Early Childhood community during the following times. The Library is located in the Preparatory School, adjacent to Dunnet Hall.

8.00-8.30am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
3.00-3.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
2.30-3.30pm Thursday

We welcome parents to borrow during these holidays. However, we encourage all books that have been borrowed during the school term by the children, to be returned before the holidays. Thank you.

Spring Fair

The Spring Fair has always been one of the school’s largest and most joyful events, and the preparations that have gone into this year’s fair will ensure that it is going to be a fantastic day. The day will include carnival games, rides, Bubble Soccer together with food, markets and prizes for the whole Redlands community. I look forward to seeing you there! Sorry, no dogs are permitted at the Fair.

Important Student Health and Safety Notice: Spring Fair

Parents are advised that there will be First Aid provided at the Spring Fair this coming Saturday, but our First Aid provider will not have access to medication or medical equipment held by the School for student use.

Therefore, it is essential that any student who requires an Epipen or any other medication brings this with them on the day.
