RPFA

Term 2 is off to a great start with a few initiatives getting off the ground shortly.

Off the back of the Senior School fundraiser last term for Trinity Catholic College in Lismore, Prep and Junior School will be participating in the Light for Lismore Service Project to help The Northern River Children’s Services, a not-for-profit organisation which provides day care to over 2000 children in flood impacted areas. We will be collecting donations of stationery and craft supplies (new or used in excellent condition) starting next week. Please see below for a full list of requested supplies. The project will also provide students with hands-on experience – from a letter-writing and picture-drawing campaign to send messages of hope and support to their peers in Lismore as well as decorating boxes in which to send the supplies.

Later this month, we also aim to collect old uniforms for recycling by Worn Up. As a courtesy to our volunteers and due to limited storage space, we please ask that uniforms sent in this term are Redlands branded and not suitable for the secondhand uniform sale, eg old sports uniforms. We will be collecting current uniforms in good condition for the next secondhand uniform sale in Term 3.
