Welcome back to a new school term and welcome to the 13 new families joining Redlands! We hope you had a lovely Easter break and are ready for another fun term ahead. Please do help show your support for this year’s scholarship fund dedicated to Dr Sue Morey by joining us at the Science and Innovation Luncheon on Friday 20 May at the Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron in Kirribilli.   • Thurs 28 Apr    Friends of Snow Sports cocktail evening at Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron from 6pm to welcome the new season and farewell Bruce Campbell.
  • Thurs 5 May     Yr 4 drinks at the Licensee’s Flat at The Oaks from 6pm. Purchase tickets here

  • Sun 1 May: Friends of Snow Sports second hand clothing and equipment sale at the Fahl Garden 1-3pm. Purchase tickets here
  • Sun 8 May: The Mother’s Day Classic fun run and walk to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research. Join the Redlands team in the race or donate to this great cause here
  • 1-29 May: A 4-week Foot of the River parent rowing program with twice a week training starting this weekend, culminating in a regatta on Sun 29 May. Funds raised go towards the purchase of rowing equipment for school. Please RSVP by 5pm on Fri 29 Apr here

Walks on Tracks

Book Club

Our next book clubs next meeting will be an evening event on Wed 11 May to discuss The Dictionary of Lost Words by Pip Williams. Enquiries and new members welcome. Please contact Katherine Dixon or call 0432 619 890 for further information.

Spring Fair

Spring Fair is a highly anticipated bi-annual event for our School community, with stalls raising money for the school as well as charities nominated by students. The daytime event currently scheduled for Sat 3 Sept is centred around food, fun and entertainment, showcasing the community’s diversity and depth of students’ art-related activities. Please let us know if you would be interested in joining us for a coffee to discuss and be part of organising this wonderful event here.
