Come Dine With Us Zoom Cooking Sessions

Redlands Head of Catering and Chef Joel Squire has offered to host a couple of Zoom cooking sessions for interested Redlands families.

The first session is this upcoming Monday 6 September, 6-7pm. Joel will be demonstrating and guiding families through a delicious and easy family friendly recipe of Baked White Chicken Enchiladas (please note that a vegetarian option will also be available). Cook along with your family, and have fun plating up this meal while sharing your experience with other Redlands families, all under the watchful eye of Chef Joel. Recipe, ingredients and Zoom details will be emailed to registered families in advance of this highly anticipated enchilada masterclass.

Book Club

The Redlands parents book club will hold its next meeting next Thursday evening 9 September to discuss Girl, Woman, Other by Bernardine Evaristo, winner of the 2019 Booker Prize.
