Pastoral Care – Resilience

This week in our Year Meeting we are discussing Resilience. When things go wrong, resilience is what helps students (and adults too) cope and get through hard times. Sometimes it makes students even stronger than they were before. Kids Helpline has great information directed to young people. Reach Out Parents has some fantastic articles that give insight to a number of things that you can try at home to help your teenager develop coping skills when feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope with the stresses that teenage life brings.
