Yr 12 Jerseys

On Tuesday, an email was sent to all Yr 11 parents, carers and students regarding the purchasing of Yr 12 jerseys via Flexischools. Over the next couple of weeks,  students will begin the process of trying on sample jerseys and confirming their size. As mentioned in the attachment to the email, all payments of the jersey need to be finalised by Friday 8 April. Yr 12 Jerseys will be given to students in early Term 4.

HSC Illness and Misadventure

Please remember that if your child misses an assignment or assessment for whatever reason, or they need an extension, they must fill in the illness and misadventure form and get it signed by their subject class teacher before bringing it to Ms Lucy Benjamin in the Student Services Centre. This is part of NESAs requirements.

Students must also provide evidence of the reason for their absence, usually in the form of a medical certificate. If they have COVID, they should provide a screenshot of their PCR test result, or the email confirmation from NSW Health that they submitted a positive RAT. If they are unsure about what evidence to provide, students are asked to email Ms Benjamin.

Ms Benjamin is very happy for this documentation to come to her when the student returns to school. She does not expect the form to be emailed to her if the student is off sick.

All forms are available on the HSC Core Grad 2023 iLearn page under Procedures and forms
