Year 11
Year 11 Study Period Arrival and Departures
Please note, that students who have free periods in Periods 1 or Periods 5 and 6 must arrive at school by 8.15 and leave school at 3.20. Yr 11 students are not allowed to arrive late to school or go home early. This is only a Yr 12 privilege.
iGrow Data Platform
This week, Yr 11 were introduced to our iGrow Data Platform which has been developed by Redlands to holistically track and nurture the academic growth and wellbeing of each student. In Week 4, Yr 11 students will begin discussing their individual data with their Tutors to identify areas of strength and strategically plan for Semester 1. This will assist Yr 11 with making positive holistic choices as they transition into their senior years of study.
Yr 11 Harbour Cruise – Update
We are delighted to notify you that the postponed Yr 11 Harbour Cruise has now been confirmed for Friday 11 March (Week 6). The Harbour Cruise is an important event to celebrate the end of Yr 10 and mark the transition into senior studies at Redlands.
This event will take place aboard a Captain Cook cruise vessel on Sydney Harbour. Please refer to the letter that was sent to parents and carers via Redlands Pulse for information about how to purchase your child’s ticket and our Rapid Antigen Testing requirements to participate in this event. If you purchased a ticket for your child last term, this will roll over to the new date. We are looking forward to a wonderful celebration with Yr 11!
