Creative Spaces
Our dedicated Redlands Maintenance team have been working diligently to brighten up some areas of the playground. You will notice some new retaining walls outside to assist in keeping out the weather and a chalkboard for the children to use their creative skills to brighten up the spaces. A sincere thank you to Theo for his thoughtfulness and enthusiasm with our chalkboard. The children have already been enjoying the new framed board on the deck, creating some wonderful artworks.

Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
I am sure you have noticed our QIP display in the hallway outside Yellow Class. An important part of this is feedback from parents, so please add your thoughts and ideas to the folders on top of the lockers. Our relationships with families and communities plays a vital role in our service and program, for this reason we would love your feedback. We look forward to your thoughts, comments and suggestions. We endeavour to have this information online soon, allowing families to also provide comments via Storypark.
Colder Weather
Now that the weather has changed and the days are becoming colder, please ensure your child has adequate clothing for outdoor play. We do encourage the children to play in the outdoor environment in all weather conditions, so it is important that they have appropriate clothing. We have raincoats and gumboots for the children to wear at Redlands on wet days, but they need to have a nice, warm layer underneath.
