What a wonderful year it has been in Music! Whether it’s been in the classroom, in ensembles or private and extra tuition, over 500 students this year have been a part of our Music Department. Some highlights:

Junior Campus Music
Rock Band Performance – Year 6 Legacy Fair
Today, as part of the Year 6 Legacy Fair, our Junior Rock band delighted students with an outdoor performance! Well done to Rock Band members Jackson Humphreys, Ella Liira, Alex Read and William Whitelaw. We would also like to thank Mr Mottley for his mentorship, as well as all staff involved with the setup to make the performance possible.

Senior Instrumental Competition – Term 1 2024
A quick note for instrumentalists that the Senior Instrumental Competition will be held in Week 7 Term 1 – so get practising over the holidays for the auditions!
Auditions will be due in Week 2 Term 1. Requirements for the competition will be in either one or two pieces, with a maximum time limit of seven minutes. Students will present up to two minutes in a video audition that demonstrates both technical and expressive capability. More information will be available on iLearn shortly.
