Senior Music Festival – Student Rush Ticket Sales
In the final week of ticket sales, the School is offering students a 50% discount on tickets to the 2021 Senior Music Festival. For more information contact the Box Office at The Concourse. Please note, that Student ID Cards are required for purchase and entry to the event.

Semester One Lunchtime Concert Series
Parents are welcome to attend the Junior Campus Studio Concerts at Lunchtimes which continue into Week 6. We look forward to welcoming the Music Community back on-campus after a long hiatus from our Lunchtime concert Series. All parents and carers, are asked to please follow all On-Site COVD-19 Sign-In Expectations. Senior Campus Studio Concerts will commence in Week 7.

Redlands Composition Competition
The Music Department is pleased to announce the 2021 Music Composition Competition. This creative opportunity is designed for any aspiring young composer in Yrs 7-12 who is currently enrolled in the either the Academic Music Program, Co-Curricular Music Ensembles Program or Extra Subjects Program. Students are encouraged to continue developing original works for submission mid-Term 3. Application forms will be available from Music Reception from Friday 18 June or can be downloaded from Redlands Pulse under Music.
Secondary Campus Ensemble Rehearsal Attendance
Students are reminded about the importance of regular attendance to all Music Ensemble rehearsals and in meeting goals set at the start of the year in reaching a high standard of performance excellence. Morning rehearsals commence 7.15am and students should be moving to rehearsal rooms by 7.10am. Absence due to camp and/or illness will be the only accepted reason for non-attendance. It is essential that you contact seniormusic@redlands.nsw.edu.au if you want to enrol or are unable to attend any rehearsals.

Junior Campus Ensemble Rehearsal Attendance
A reminder that punctual attendance at all ensembles is an expectation of all students enrolled in co-curricular ensembles. Prep Ensembles commence at 7.45am, with supervision from 7.35am and Junior School Ensembles commence at 7.15am with supervision from 7.05am. The exception to these times are Junior Voices, Guitar Ensemble and Jazz Band which all commence promptly at 7.30am. Attendance is integral as all ensembles have begun rehearsing for upcoming events.
