Welcome Back
A big welcome back to all families to Term 3. Even though we are remote, our connection and community are as strong as ever.
I would like to warmly welcome our new families who join us this term. I did enjoy seeing you all at the New Parent Information session on Monday and please don’t hesitate to reach out if there is any further information that you need. I know there has already been some pre-lockdown playdates which was very timely.
Remote Learning Information
Our staff mobilised quickly to ensure quality Remote Learning was in place for all on Tuesday morning. I have been able to pop in and out of some sessions and it is so lovely to see the smiling faces of our Prep students. They are well practised in their art of online learning! The highlight of my week so far has been the chaotic but ever so beautiful Prep Assembly!
A huge thank you to all our Prep families who have rallied with us to ensure the smooth transition to Remote Learning.
Please do reach out to me, Katie Louise Clinton or any of our counsellors if you or your children are feeling uneasy or finding the current situation difficult to cope with emotionally. Sometimes a chat and few strategies can help in getting back on track.

Due to the continuation of Remote Learning for the next two weeks, more information around school logistics and events will be communicated. I will be sending out a Prep Section letter this afternoon outlining key pieces of information that will include the campus booking link for children of essential workers for weeks 2-4, events update, staggered pick up time on Monday for resource packs and cocurricular online activities that have been organised. Please keep an eye out for this letter.
Mothers Day Celebration
On the last Friday of Term 2, we were delighted to welcome Preparatory School mothers and carers to catch up and enjoy a coffee, followed by classroom visits to see their children’s wonderful learning. Our students were excited to have their mums at school. It was a pleasure having them to show how thankful we are for everything they do.
