Learn to Make Jam With a Qualified Jam Maker
Students, parents, teachers and Alumni will have the opportunity to learn how to make jam and at the same time produce jam that will be sold at the Spring Fair in the Redlands Cafe.
A qualified jam maker will be teaching each session. Everyone will receive a copy of the recipes, plus the opportunity to purchase a jar of jam at cost that you made at the end of the session.
Sessions will be held at The Barn at Mosman Bay on the following dates:
Term 2: Sunday 3 June at 10am – 1pm
Term 3: Monday 25 June at 9.30am – 12.30pm
Free of charge. Children from 10 -13 years are welcome with adult supervision. 13 years plus welcome without adult supervision
