Musical
This weekend 130 students in the cast, band, costume, makeup and production crews will work on the final Dress Rehearsal in Redlands Hall. Our cast absolutely sparkle with over 200 fabulous costumes, created and adapted by our wonderful Friends of Drama team led by Chair and Co-Chairs, Tracy Everingham, Melissa Fleming and Elena Burchett. Twenty Yr 12s are involved in the cast, crew and band in their last Musical after many years of outstanding contribution to the Arts at Redlands. Limited tickets are available for Thursday and Friday nights. Tickets for Saturday night are sold out. Don’t miss out on Redlands production of Strictly Ballroom the Musical. Gala Arts
The Gala Arts list of competitors will be announced on Friday 5 April here. There will be Competitors Meeting at lunch in the Drama Studio on Wednesday 10 April. Gala Arts will take place on Friday 31 May in the Concert Hall at The Concourse in Chatswood. Tickets will be on sale directly from The Concourse and Ticketek and will be available shortly after the cast is announced.
The Shakespeare Carnival
The Redlands Shakespeare Carnival was held on Wednesday night in the Drama Studio. Our talented young actors interpreted the work of the bard with their own dramatic flair. Sport for Jove adjudicator and Arts Captain 2005, Abe Mitchell, was impressed by the students’ passionate and insightful engagement with the works of Shakespeare. The winning scene will now progress to the Regional Finals.

Theatresports Competition
Redlands annual Theatresports Competition will be held this term on Tuesday 2 April at 6.30pm in the Drama Studio with the winning competitors progressing to the regional finals in May. Come along for an evening of hilarious entertainment.
