FED

As emailed to all parents and students, our participation in the FED competition has been suspended until further notice. The FED Executive is looking into postponing to Term 2 is an option. You will be notified if and when we are able to recommence later in the year.

I want to thank you for your dedication to Debating and for your excellent results in the five rounds that we have had this year. A special mention to 7B who have been undefeated.

ISDA

As emailed to all parents and students, the ISDA Executive had an extraordinary meeting this week. They have suspended all ISDA debates for the term. While they hope to be able to resume with Rounds 5, 6 and 7 in Term 2, we will know more as the weeks progress.

There will be no final rounds of ISDA for 2020 and therefore it ceases to be a competition. We are hopeful that students will get to debate three rounds in Term 2 to get more Debating experience.

Thank you for your dedication to Debating and for your results in the rounds this term. Special mention to the Yr 9 team who are undefeated!
