Community Update

Community Update

Wow and thank you to our dedicated and passionate community volunteers, led by our effervescent RPFA, for their mighty effort in developing and delivering our highly anticipated Festival of Redlands. It was fantastic to see our community of alumni, students, staff, parents and friends come together to enjoy, celebrate and participate in the many activities and performances that took place throughout the day in celebration of our 140th year. Congratulations to all involved and well done Roseby for taking out the Festival of Redlands Cup.

It was a pleasure to attend the Junior and Secondary School Parent Contact Group (PCG) Meetings this week. Our PCGs, along with other volunteer positions and groups, continue to keep our community connected, included and supported within the many and varied aspects of school life. A reminder that parents and carers are invited and encouraged to attend the Redlands Parents and Friends Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held in Room 2.3 on Level 2 of the Learning Hub (Senior Campus) this evening. This is a great opportunity for new parents to hear how our Association works within, and for, our valued community with annual updates provided by our Principal and the President of the Redlands Parents and Friends Association.

Thank you for your continued guidance and support and as ever, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the Community Engagement team, or to me directly, should you have any feedback, suggestions or questions.
