Community Update

A heartfelt thank you to the Redlands community for making yesterday’s Giving Day a great success.  We are fortunate at Redlands to have a community with a strong and generous tradition of service and giving with students, parents, staff, alumni, Directors and friends of the School proudly supporting the enrichment of our students’ lives in many ways.

Whether it be through regular donations or by giving one of the most special gifts of all, time, it was wonderful to see all of these special groups come together yesterday within the Giving Day team in support of the High Country Campus expansion and our means-tested scholarship in honour of Redlander Coralie Amos OAM.

We are of course deeply grateful for the incredible support of our matching gift donors, who enabled the tripling of all donations received yesterday, along with our Giving Day team who worked for and with our community to advocate within this important campaign. For a more detailed wrap up of our Giving Day, please visit the Foundation section.

It was a pleasure to welcome visiting parents, grandparents, students and carers onto the Junior Campus today for our Junior School Open Morning. Students from Year 6, supported by our leadership team, hosted small group tours, answering questions and providing a wonderful insight into life at Redlands for our guests. Redlands reputation as a leading school of choice for families both nationally and internationally continues to grow. Through personalising each student’s development and growth, our students leave school truly life ready and prepared to adapt, create and thrive.

On Monday 2 September we look forward to hosting our Junior and Prep School Dads at our Junior Campus Father’s Day celebrations with coffee in the Piazza from 7.45am, followed by classroom visits.  Bookings for this always special event can be made here.

Thank you for your continued guidance and support and as ever, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the Community Engagement team, or to me directly, should you have any feedback, suggestions or questions.
