Youth Voice in Parliament

Youth Voice in Parliament Week 21-24 November will champion the voices of young Australians by giving them a voice in Parliament and online. Politicians across the country have committed to reading a speech written by a young person aged 21 or under in their state, territory or electorate.

This is an opportunity for you to raise the issues that matter most to you, in your words.
So, if you’re 21 or under, we’re asking for your 90-second speech submission addressing this question:

What should Australia’s new parliament accomplish?

This face to face in-person program offers an excellent opportunity for high school students in Years 10-12 to learn about project management and where this dynamic field can take them. 

Students will develop awareness of project management as a discipline, career pathways, our Bachelor of Project Management degree, and hear from our students and alumni about their experience at the University of Sydney.

NIDA | Stage and Screen School 

Tuesday 4 October, 10:00am – Friday 7 October 2022, 5:00pm 

The Concourse, Chatswood 

Spend a week exploring performance for both stage and screen in this practical introduction to acting. Develop skills in improvisation, text analysis and script work then apply these skills to an on-screen performance. Present live and recorded scenes at the end of the week for your NIDA friends. 

This school holiday class is suitable for students in Grades 7-10.
