Community Update

It was a pleasure to attend the first meeting of our Prep School Parent Contact Group (PCG) this year, where I met Class Parents and shared the activities and projects currently underway in Community Engagement; projects that include a new School website and a review of our portal environment. These two significant projects will be built with feedback and guidance from our community and were welcomed by our Prep PCG group. Our PCGs continue to explore ways to keep our community connected, included and supported within the many and varied aspects of school life.  If you are looking to connect with our community for support then please reach out to the passionate and diverse experience of our class and year group parents, the RPFA and Friends of Groups that support Redlands families.

We are delighted to announce that we have scheduled our Twilight in the Garden event for Friday, 1 April.  This parent event will be held in the Fahl Garden on our Senior Campus. The safety and wellbeing of the Redlands community remains at the core of our planning, and the hosting of this much loved event will of course be in alignment with the respective NSW Health guidelines of the time. More details on this event will follow in the weeks to come and in the interim please save the date in your schedule.

Our alumni of Redlanders can be found locally and globally. We continue to ensure the important connections with our community are nurtured and developed through Redlands dedicated alumni engagement program that includes interstate and international reunions and networking opportunities and a quarterly newsletter. We value the relationships we have with our Alumni and our aim is to support a lifelong connection to the School. More information on our Alumni engagement program, including international chapter meetings, can be found here.

A reminder that all COVID-19 related communications to parents and other relevant information is posted on the COVID-19 Page of Redlands Pulse.

Thank you for the continued guidance and support our community provides and, as ever, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the Community Engagement team should you have any feedback, suggestions or questions.
