Ballet and Dance
Remote Dancing
Thank you to all our creative and resilient ballet and dance students and their parents and carers, for making our first week of Remote Dancing such a positive experience for all. It is very uplifting to see our students’ smiling faces as they trained together. Dance brings so much joy to so many. For us, “the show goes on”.
Why we encourage our students to continue Remote Dancing
Staying Connected with our Ballet and Dance Community: Zooming into ballet and dance classes each week helps your child to remain connected to teachers and friends.
Keeping Active: Continuing students normal dance classes remotely, contributes to maintaining physical and mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Keeping a Routine: Zooming in for their usual timetabled face-to-face dance classes helps to maintain a routine during challenging times.
Maintain Skills and Confidence: Students will continue to work on their End of Year Concert work and continue to build on their technique, skills and confidence during their ballet and dance classes. We also encouraged students to practise independently their home environment and provide extra resources to support this practise.
Happy Remote Dancing everyone!
