Yr 9 Languages Learning Walk

Yr 9 Languages students took part in an activity to share their learning from a recent project. The project involved students creating a typical lifestyle for a teenager living in a country where the language is spoken, researching cultural aspects of that country and designing a visually attractive portfolio to present their learning. In the learning walk, students visited classrooms and reflected on the projects of other students. They then voted on their favourite project in each class using the criteria ‘best use of technology’, ‘most creative project’ and ‘best demonstration of cultural awareness’. Well done to all students for the positive, collaborative and reflective approach that they demonstrated towards this task and for their excellent display of technology skills.
