On behalf of the Junior School Sports Department thank you to all the students and families for their efforts this term and this year in what has certainly been a different year for Sport. Enjoy the break and time with your families.

With Summer Sport officially over, except for Girls Basketball who play their final game this weekend, take time over the coming days to address some housekeeping points. Every day I walk past the lost property section and there still is a large number of items in there from the expected items (lunch boxes, drink bottles) to the unexpected (shoes, fleeces and the occasional blazer). Please ask your child to come and have a look.

Regarding the return of Basketball singlets and Touch singlets (that were hired or loaned for the last few years or even the last few months), there are a large number of these to be returned. We have extended the return date to Monday 30 November, anything not received after that date will result in the cost of that item being billed to your school account. Please check with your child if they have returned their jersey.

Please note, if you order your photos by 20 November, select “pickup” and Melba will deliver the photos to school for you. Be sure to write your child’s name and class in comments. There is no delivery fee.

If you choose to have these sent to your home address, folder photos are capped at no more than $5, mounted at $10 and framed via courier at $15. 

If you order more than three photos for the same child (eg. summer, winter and cocurricular/music), Melba will apply a 10% discount when processing payment.
