Jeans for Genes Day
The combination of bushfires and the pandemic has made 2020 a really difficult year for many, but once again Redlands students and teachers have stunned with their generosity. The 80s were back last Friday as we wore double and triple denim to raise funds for the vital work being done in the labs at Children’s Medical Research Institute to help the 1 in 20 children living with a genetic disease or birth defect.
Overall we raised over $1300. I would like to thank Ms Abe and the students in the Yr 11 McDouall Green Tutor Group for their efforts in organising this event.
